Keptline Logistics is operated by Keptline LLC in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and related business inquiries. A separately agreed service or data-handling agreement may apply to information handled during a booked delivery.

2. Information we collect

• Quote and contact information: company name, contact name, phone number, email address, selected route type, and any route details you choose to provide.
• Inquiry records: your request reference, submission time, status, and subsequent correspondence.
• Technical information: our hosting, security, and content-delivery providers may process IP addresses, browser/device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs when serving the website.
• Booked services: pickup and delivery contacts, routing instructions, and delivery records may be needed under the agreed service scope.

Do not submit patient names, health records, specimen identifiers linked to a person, financial account numbers, payment card details, passwords, or confidential document contents through the general quote form or ordinary inquiry email. Contact us first to arrange an appropriate process.

3. How we use information

We use business contact and route information to evaluate requests, prepare rates, respond by email or phone, arrange accepted services, maintain delivery and business records, and resolve questions or disputes. We also use limited information to prevent abuse and maintain website security. Submitting an inquiry requests a response about that inquiry; it does not enroll you in a marketing list.

4. Sharing and service providers

Information is available to authorized business personnel and service providers supporting website hosting, data storage, security, and email communications. This website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure; its styling library loads from jsDelivr. Those providers may process technical information needed to deliver their services. For accepted shipments, necessary delivery details may be shared with the designated pickup and receiving contacts and authorized personnel carrying out the service.

We do not sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose relevant records when required by law or reasonably needed to protect rights, investigate misuse, or address a claim. Public service pages can be indexed by search engines and AI search tools; submitted quote records are not published as website content.

5. Cookies and third-party requests

We do not install advertising pixels or optional behavioral analytics on the public landing page. The quote form does not use browser storage to save your entries between visits. Hosting and security providers may use necessary cookies or similar technologies; the private owner sign-in uses authentication technologies. Loading the external styling library sends a request to its content-delivery provider. You can manage cookies through your browser, although blocking necessary cookies may affect sign-in or other features.

6. Retention and safeguards

Quote information is stored in a database accessed through an owner-restricted dispatch desk. The hosted website uses HTTPS. We keep information while it is reasonably needed to handle an inquiry, deliver services, maintain business or legal records, and address disputes. The quote system does not currently apply an automatic deletion timer. You may request deletion using the contact below; records needed for legal, accounting, security, or claims purposes may be retained.

Access restrictions and secure transport reduce risk, but no website or communication method can guarantee absolute security. Do not use this general website as a secure health-record or document-transfer portal.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

Email support@keptline.com with the subject “Privacy request” to request access, correction, or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. Provide the business contact email or request reference so we can locate the record; do not send identity documents or sensitive records unless we arrange a suitable method. We may need to verify that you are entitled to make the request.

We will address requests as required by applicable law and explain any reason we cannot fulfill a request in full. Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have additional privacy or appeal rights. To ask us to reconsider a decision, reply to our response or email the same address with “Privacy appeal.”

8. Audience, links, and policy updates

This website is intended for business representatives, not children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate. Links to other websites and your email provider are governed by their own privacy practices.

We may update this policy when our practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
