1. Website scope and business identity

These Terms of Service apply to the Keptline Logistics website and quote-request process operated by Keptline LLC in Cheyenne, Wyoming. They describe how inquiries and proposed courier work are handled. An accepted written quote, service agreement, bill of lading where applicable, or other shipment agreement establishes the terms of a particular job. Mandatory law and an applicable signed agreement take precedence over conflicting website language.

2. Quotes and acceptance

Submitting a form, sending an email, receiving a request reference, or receiving a rate sheet does not reserve a vehicle or confirm a booking. Service begins only after we accept the shipment and the parties agree in writing on scope, timing, pricing, and handling requirements. You must be authorized to request the service for your company and supply accurate contact and shipment information.

Current service availability is Thursday–Saturday, by confirmed booking in Mountain Time. Routes across Cheyenne, Colorado, and western Nebraska are subject to driver availability, vehicle capacity, safe road conditions, receiving hours, and shipment eligibility. We do not offer emergency medical response through this site.

3. Shipment eligibility and your responsibilities

Before acceptance, disclose the item type, dimensions, weight, declared value, pickup and delivery locations, access restrictions, deadlines, and special handling needs. Provide appropriate packaging, labeling, documentation, and authorized pickup and receiving contacts. Do not tender undisclosed hazardous, prohibited, illegal, or improperly packaged goods. We may decline a proposed shipment that cannot be handled safely or lawfully.

Medical specimens, temperature-sensitive materials, controlled or otherwise regulated goods, and hazardous materials require specific prior written approval and confirmation of applicable packaging, equipment, training, and documentation. A description of medical logistics on this website is not blanket acceptance, certification, or a representation that every regulated item can be transported. Any required confidentiality or data-handling agreement must be arranged before service.

4. Rates, payment, changes, and cancellations

Pricing is specific to the accepted route and service scope. Mileage, stops, timing, waiting time, special handling, returns, cancellations, taxes, and other applicable charges must be identified in the written quote or service agreement. Payment timing and method are also agreed in writing. The quote form itself does not collect payment.

Contact support@keptline.com as soon as you need to change or cancel a run. We will confirm the operational impact and any charges under the accepted agreement. There is no universal cancellation fee published on this website. Any deposit, refund, or cancellation entitlement depends on the accepted agreement and applicable law; these website terms do not create an automatic forfeiture.

5. Custody, timing, and delivery records

For a dedicated run, the accepted scope provides exclusive transport without mixed customer freight. Agree pickup verification, authorized recipients, handoff documentation, and any signature requirement before dispatch. Digital proof of delivery and progress communications depend on the agreed channel and connectivity; this website does not provide a public live GPS tracking portal.

Any timing estimate remains subject to the accepted agreement and actual conditions. Weather, traffic, road closures, access restrictions, or recipient delays can affect service. If a problem arises, contact dispatch to coordinate next steps. A missed handoff, return, storage arrangement, or redelivery must be resolved under the shipment agreement.

6. Insurance and claims

Keptline LLC maintains $1 million in commercial liability coverage plus separate cargo insurance. Coverage is subject to the actual policies, limits, conditions, deductibles, and exclusions. The commercial liability amount is not a statement of cargo coverage, an automatic payment entitlement, or a guarantee that every type or value of shipment is covered. Request documentation and disclose shipment value and vendor requirements before booking.

Report suspected loss, damage, or a delivery discrepancy promptly to support@keptline.com, and preserve packaging, photos, the request or shipment reference, and relevant records. Claim procedures, deadlines, liability rules, and recoverable amounts are governed by the applicable shipment agreement, insurance policies, and mandatory law. These website terms do not impose a separate cargo-liability cap or waive rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. Website use and information

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, interfere with operations, or send false or sensitive information through the quote form. We may reject abusive submissions or restrict access to protect the service. Keptline branding and original website content belong to Keptline LLC or their respective owners; third-party software remains subject to its own licenses. You may link to our public pages and accurately describe our services.

Website information may be updated, and technical errors or interruptions can occur. Confirm current rates, availability, service capability, and insurance directly before relying on them for a shipment. AI-generated summaries and third-party listings do not constitute an accepted quote or booking. Nothing here limits obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Privacy, accessibility, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains the information collected through this website. Do not submit health records, payment credentials, or confidential document contents through the inquiry form. If you have difficulty using the site or need another way to request a quote, email support@keptline.com.

We may update these website terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Updates do not automatically rewrite previously accepted shipment agreements.
